Two weeks until the gnarliest race in Southern Indiana!

As the fall leaves cling to the trees, the 2017 Gravel Grovel course silently awaits this years contestants. 110 signups already with many expected last second entries are sure to satisfy the cold, muddy, rugged rolling hills in Hoosier National Forest. I am a ex-little 5 rider that still loves to ride my bike. I do the occasional race, but you’ll mostly find me on the gravel each Tuesday night with the DRT Rev ride, or sessioning table-tops on Hobb’s Hollow.

 

My rides of choice are my 2018 Trek Crocket “Babe” for the gravel and my 2017 Trek Top-Fuel 9.8 for playing around on single track.

Package includes: Initial consultation, Initial Field Test, Training zones established for power and Heart rate, identification of client needs and training prepared from week to week, in 4 week cycles.</div>
Client to coach interaction beyond initial assessment is by email, phone or in person. Contact is not time limited, client/coach initiated and unlimited adjustments to training as needed. Package includes: guaranteed 3 hour response time to all emails and phone calls.

Comes with recommendations on strength training and nutrition and personalized attention if geography permits, will give 2, 1 hour personal session per month as needed.

Coach will evaluate 1 training journal per week and unlimited power files per week if applicable, to identify progress and monitor fatigue.
