Small Ring


 

  • $120 Per 4 Week Cycle
  • $50 Startup Fee

 

Package includes: Initial consultation, Training zones established for Heart rate, identification of client needs and training prepared in 4 week cycles. Client to coach interaction beyond initial assessment is email or phone, 10 minutes, once per week, client initiated and 2 adjustments to training per month.

Middle Ring


 

  • $160 Per 4 Week Cycle
  • $50 Startup Fee

 

Package includes: Initial consultation, Training zones established for heart rate, identification of client needs and training prepared from week to week, in 4 week cycles.
Client to coach interaction beyond initial assessment is email or phone, 10 minutes, twice per week, client initiated and 1 adjustment to training per week. Coach will evaluate 1 training journal per week and 1 heart rate file per week if applicable, to identify progress and monitor fatigue.

Big Ring


  • $200 Per 4 Week Cycle
  • $100 Startup Fee

 

Package includes: Initial consultation, Training Zones established for power or heart rate, identification of client needs and training prepared from week to week, in 4 week cycles. This is a great plan for multi-sport athletes or the athlete that uses a power meter.

Client to coach interaction beyond initial assessment is by email, phone or in person. Contact is not time limited, client/coach initiated and unlimited adjustments to training as needed. Package includes: guaranteed 10 hour response time to all emails and phone calls.

Package includes recommendations on strength training and 60 minutes of personalized attention per month if geography permits. Athlete is responsible for all travel costs and hourly rate is billed for time exceeding 60 minutes.

Coach will evaluate 1 training journal per week and 2 power files per week if applicable, to identify progress and monitor fatigue.

The Ultimate: No Chain Plan


  • $300 per 4 week cycle
  • $150 startup fee
  • 6 month contract required

Package includes: Initial consultation, Initial Field Test, Training zones established for power and Heart rate, identification of client needs and training prepared from week to week, in 4 week cycles.</div>
Client to coach interaction beyond initial assessment is by email, phone or in person. Contact is not time limited, client/coach initiated and unlimited adjustments to training as needed. Package includes: guaranteed 3 hour response time to all emails and phone calls.

Comes with recommendations on strength training and nutrition and personalized attention if geography permits, will give 2, 1 hour personal session per month as needed.

Coach will evaluate 1 training journal per week and unlimited power files per week if applicable, to identify progress and monitor fatigue.

  • (Dates must be booked 3 weeks in advance)

DRT Performance Consulting Personalized Training camps for individuals or groups up to 10. Camps can be focused on Off-road or Road. This is a great way to boost fitness, polish technique, or lay a foundation for the season ahead.

Includes up to 2, 4 hour sessions per day covering technique, training drills, performance testing, Bicycle fitting, and Q&A session, can arrange lodging and support for additional fees, please enquire.

DRT Consulting can arrange for a customized camp in your dream location, for additional fee!

Performance Evaluation


  • $80 per hour
  • $20 per hour computrainer rental

Your 1 hour session includes: 60 minutes on a Computrainer with a certified Professional coach, identifying your strengths and limiters to improvement. This is a Functional threshold power test that includes spin scan of pedal stroke, identification of postural deficiency, pedaling bio-mechanics, and aerobic capacity.  Athlete will be provided with a written summary, and established training zones in power and Heart Rate.
